Fisher Cake

When I was little I loved to go fishing with my father. We lived in a small village in León (Spain) and the river was clean, crystal clear and cold, very cold.

We didn't need a boat to fish, we did it from the shore or the rocks, but for this cake I have recovered part of the landscape that I loved so much.
